At Asèdá Counselling, I work with adolescents and adults to explore the emotional, cultural, and spiritual layers of their experiences. Together, we make sense of the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape your daily life. This space welcomes every part of you, including your culture, your faith, your story, and your unique way of being.

You might be navigating spiritual burnout, struggling to reconcile faith and mental health, or simply seeking a therapist who understands your walk with God. Here, you are welcome to bring both your faith and your emotions.

Whether through scripture, prayer, or stillness, I offer faith-sensitive counselling grounded in grace, presence, and emotional depth. Common areas of focus include grief, anxiety, forgiveness, identity in Christ, and life transitions.

BIPOC and Immigrant Mental Wellness

If you are a person of colour, an immigrant, or the child of immigrants, you may carry quiet burdens that others do not see: code-switching, intergenerational pressure, cultural guilt, or racial trauma. You do not have to carry them alone.
